A hand-pumped espresso maker that produces eighteen bar of pressure with no power source at all.
Add hot water and coffee, pump the plunger, and it pulls a shot with real crema. Takes either eight grams of ground coffee or a standard capsule. Twenty centimetres long and it fits in a glovebox, a desk drawer or a hiking pack — the point is espresso where there is no machine and no electricity.
